Health and Human Services Building: Matrix provided the plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection design for the building. The design incorporated many specialty designs for the multiple different academic labs. Matrix had to provide a mechanical and electrical analysis of all the lab equipment to verify all requirements were met to allow the equipment to operate optimally, allowing the students to have a positive lab experience.

Arts and Sciences Building: Matrix provided multiple upgrades to the Arts and Sciences Building. Upgrades include new generator design, multiple classroom and lobby renovations, HVAC system upgrades, and a cooling tower replacement.

Gannon Building: Matrix provided multiple upgrades to the Gannon Building. Upgrades include new generator design, switchgear replacement, multiple classroom and lobby renovations, HVAC system upgrades, parking ramp renovations, gymnasium renovations, and security and data renovations.

Mason Aviation Building: Matrix provided the plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection design for the building. The design incorporated many specialty designs for the hangars and office spaces. Matrix also provided renovations to the building including a parking lot expansion and new generator design.
