Matrix provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to add an 1,800 square foot renovation. The addition area included a new PET CT scanner, control room, hot lab, and holding rooms. Special cooling and power design were required for the equipment. The new air handling unit was also sized to serve this area and also other areas of the hospital that were designed as a separate project.

Matrix provided mechanical engineering services to renovate approximately 168,000 square foot of St. Johns High School and add on approximately 54,000 square foot. The added on area included a new gymnasium, pool, and lobby. This addition required the coordination and upgrades of the existing HVAC infrastructure.

Matrix provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to renovate approximately 50,000 square foot of Franklin High School and add on approximately 10,000 square foot. The addition included a new multipurpose room, classrooms, and support area. This addition required the coordination and upgrades of the existing HVAC and electrical infrastructure.
