Board of Water and Light Relocation
The project consisted of converting an existing warehouse and shop facility into new offices, maintenance shop, and storage facilities for the Board of Water and Light. The project included a complete replacement of the entire electrical system.
Motor Wheel Building
Renovated the existing facility with new power and lighting systems for the relocation of General Motors Skilled Trades and Tool & Die personal. The project included a complete replacement of the entire electrical system.
Yorozu Manufacturing Facility
Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design of 114,500 square foot automotive parts manufacturing facility. Work included design of site and interior lighting and power, manufacturing and office space ventilation and conditioning, and building plumbing.
Tweddle Litho Manufacturing/Warehouse Facility
The project consisted of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design of the 43,000 square foot paper products manufacturing and storage facility. The design included lighting, air stratification, and fire protection considerations for high-bay rack storage and manufacturing spaces.
Dart Container Print Shop
The project consisted of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design for a new 30,000 square foot print shop facility. The design included lighting, power, HVAC design, process piping and exhaust systems, plumbing and fire protection design.
Magna Power Train
HVAC design to heat and ventilate an existing 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
Dart Container - Building 5 Office
Project consists of designing a new 150,000 square foot office space inside an existing warehouse. The project included complete new mechanical heating, cooling, ventilation, kitchen, plumbing, lighting, power, and emergency generator. The design was performed with clash detection and adjusted as needed.
TRMI Packaging and Warehouse Addition
Addition included a 335,000 square foot addition to the existing manufacturing facility for packaging equipment and warehousing. The facility was fully air conditioned and pressurized with air curtains at loading docks. The design included FM compliant sprinkler systems for storage of unexpanded plastics, toilet facilities, storm water pump station, relocation of paint spray booth, expanded electrical service, lighting design, fire alarm system design, and power distribution.
Woodworth Homer Plant
The project consisted of a new 82,000 square foot Heat Treat Plant. MEP design included infrastructure for eight heat treat ovens plus four future ovens with all associated natural gas, power, ventilation systems, fire protection systems, fire well, and 200 HP fire pump. Electrical service is 15 KV / 600 A primary and a 1750 kW generator. The design also included process piping for compressed nitrogen, ammonia, process water with dry cooler, and natural gas to heat treat furnaces. The facility has approximately 4,200 square feet of office and administrative space with quality control test lab.
